SushiMonsters.com is created by Monster Bites LLC. By choosing to post on, visit, or read SushiMonsters and its content, you signify that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Conditions of Use.
We reserve the right to modify these Conditions of Use at any time without advance notice to our visitors and users. If we do so, we will post the modifications to this page, as well as notify our users of the changes via the e-mail address that was supplied to us via registration. Sushi Monsters will never voluntarily give out or sell the personal information you give us via registration to any third-party. We use the information only to keep track of our members and to update them about future Monster Bites LLC projects or significant SushiMonsters.com changes.
Sushi Monsters is a free resource for sushi-related information. You may terminate your account or delete your posts and information at any time, due to any reason you feel is suitable. Sushi Monsters does reserve the right to contact you to ask why you chose to put an end to your account, but this is only for internal statistical purposes, and you are not obligated to answer.
We may terminate your acccount and delete your submissions at any time if you have breached our Conditions of Use.
By signing up for an account with Sushi Monsters, you agree that you are responsible for and own all of the content, photos, editorial reviews, or profile information that you post from the time of registration forth. If Sushi Monsters believes that the information that a user has supplied is incorrect, being used illegally, or inappropriate for our site and users, we reserve the right to delete the acccount.
CONTENT POSTING
Registered users may not post information or content that violates the privacy rights, publicity rights, copyright rights, intellectual property rights, or personal rights of any other person or entity. In the case where an individual is using information illegally, Sushi Monsters takes no responsibility for the actions, and all afflictions must be settled individually by third parties.
We absolutely will not allow content or posts that are intentionally offensive or promote bigotry, violence, or hatred of any kind. This includes inappropriate remarks against any particular group that is defined by race, gender, ethinicity, religion, sexual orientation, age, profession, or otherwise. This also includes personal threats or remarks made against an individual or individuals.
We will not allow any posts under restaurant reviews that are not related to sushi, sushi-making, or sushi restaurants. Posts that are unrelated to sushi are only allowed in the Sushi Monsters forum. Unrelated posts under restaurant reviews will be deleted at our earliest convenience. Unrelated restaurant review posts may result to a permanent account deletion.
Sushi Monsters encourages unbiased and honest restaurant feedback. Please do not use this site to promote to libel any sushi restaurants if your experience there wasn't warranted. In any situations where Sushi Monster.com feels that unfair promotion, biased posting, or dishonest posting has occurred, we reserve the right to remove the post.
Posts which use any type of code, including, but not limited to, BBCode, HTML, and CSS in a manner that ruins the aesthetics of their respective pages may be deleted or edited by Sushi Monsters so that they fit the criteria. Sushi Monsters determines what we feel is appropriate for the aesthetics of each page.
Sushi Monsters reserves the right to edit posts with poor grammar, spelling, or formatting that ruin the aesthetics of their respective pages or make the pages difficult to read or browse.
Users may only use website links in their posts which are of sushi-related material, and may not place links that are used solely, explicitly, or implicitly for self-promotion, especially for sites that may be considered to be in direct competition with Sushi Monsters. Restaurant review posts may not include images of any kind.
Any posts which Sushi Monsters deems inappropriate will be deleted, and user accounts that Sushi Monsters feels are not contributing to the positive development of the Sushi Monsters community will be deleted immediately as well. In the event that Sushi Monsters deletes an individual's account, we will notify the individual via the e-mail address the individual provided with their account or via registration.
REGISTRATION
New visitors and users who register for Sushi Monsters agree to use correct and accurate information to the best of their knowledge, and may not impersonate other individuals. Users may not sign up for multiple accounts under different names with the intention of deliberately attacking a particular restaurant out of ill-will or for shameless self-promotion of a restaurant, company, project, or endeavor. Sushi Monsters will deem what we consider to be ill-will or self-promotion in a review post, and reserve the right to delete these posts at any time. We also reserve the right to delete the accounts of individuals who we feel are using Sushi Monsters only for self-promotion or to libel and slander their competitors.
Users who have their accounts deleted by Sushi Monsters for any reason may sign up for one more account, but must abide to these Conditions of Use the second time. If the users breach these Conditions of Use yet another time, they are no longer allowed to sign up for a Sushi Monsters account, as they are not a force that we would appreciate in our sushi-loving community.
INFORMATION
Although we believe the information on the Sushi Monsters website is accurate, there may be small discrepancies and errors. We do not take responsibility for these errors or any related difficulty that may come out of our posting of incorrect information, as our information is posted out of good will. In the case of an error, we would appreciate users writing us to nofify us so that we may correct them for future users and visitors.
Sushi Monsters is not responsible for technical malfunctions or congestion problems. We are not responsible for any inconveniences or problems users may have from participating in or reading Sushi Monsters materials.
