coulda been the chef I got the first time, but he made me a rockin' sushi platter. The quality was so good, that I brought my wife back that same weekend.
bad idea... the chef I got that night gave me pieces of sushi that were smaller than the rice pad they sat on, then charged me 7 bucks for an edo-style nigiri I asked for (the thinnest and smallest thing he presented to me) I dont know if he was saving it for someone more important, or being stingy with there happy hour offerings (which most of my order did not come off of) Seriously dissapointing. I really bragged about this place to the mrs. and was dissapointed I went out of my way to take her there. I probably wont go back- not that they can't be great, but because they have only a 50% average with me and thats not good enough to risk my hard earned cash. too bad so sad |
